1. About FandomCrate

Fandom Crate is an ecommerce merchandising company specialising in music albums, artist merchandise, and collectibles. We sell physical products to customers in India and internationally.

2. Eligibility

• International customers may incur additional currency conversion fees charged by their bank

Note on import duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country’s authorities. Fandom is not liable for such charges.

5. Orders

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions.

• Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, it cannot be modified
• Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or events beyond our control

6. Shipping

We ship across India and to select international destinations. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Fandom Crate is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, customs holds, or public holidays.

• Domestic orders: typically 3 to 7 business days
• International orders: typically 10 to 21 business days depending on the destination
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable

7. No Return, No Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Fandom Crate does not accept returns or exchanges, and does not offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
